David Victor
THE STORY SO FAR
David Victor is a power rock vocalist in the tradition of singers such as Lou Graham, Robert Plant, David Coverdale and Steve Perry. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, David has released several independent albums of his original music and has performed live throughout the U.S.
David formed Velocity in 1996 and recorded and produced Velocity’s debut album IMPACT in 1997 which included veteran drummer Pat Torpey (Mr. Big, Robert Plant) on drums. Velocity was a dynamic live act that would go on to play numerous shows throughout the western U.S. from 1996 until 2000. Velocity’s IMPACT and the followup album ACTIVATOR went on to sell over 5,500 in the U.S., and over 12,000 units worldwide.
David has recently been performing with a variety of acts such as PLATINUM ROCKSTARS my multi-tribute rock tribute band, Eruption (Van Halen tribute band), The Exile Social Club (hard rock covers) and VAVOOM! (a live band karaoke ensemble). David has also recently began doing voiceover/vocal work for various TV and web commercials.
